Pennsylvania State Police have released photos of Poolesville resident Kenneth Crider, who is wanted for robbery, theft, and receiving stolen property following an incident in East Huntingdon on Monday afternoon, Sept 23.
Prosecutors say that the victim advised police that he was walking into the Tractor Supply store when Crider allegedly forcibly stole the victim's truck keys from his pocket and fled the parking lot toward Route 819; however, there was another passenger on board.
According to investigators, the victim's dog Lucky - an apt name - was inside the vehicle when Crider sped away before making a pitstop at Walmart in Connellsville with the pup still inside less than an hour later, though he was a thoughtful dognapper.
Troopers said the video showed Crider pulling into the parking lot, letting the dog out to urinate, before he placed the dog back inside the vehicle.
Lucky still has not been returned to its owner.
Crider then left the parking lot in the victim's 2016 Ford Focus.
Anyone with information of Crider's whereabouts is asked to call the Greensburg barracks at 724-832-3288.
